Position: Accounts Admin
Suitable for: Bookkeeper / Accounts Administrator / Finance Assistant / Finance Administrator / Accounts Assistant
Location: Wetherby, West Yorkshire
Salary: up to £23,000
Accounts Admin / Bookkeeper / Accounts Administrator / Finance Assistant / Finance Administrator / Accounts Assistant with knowledge of Sage accounts required. Our client is a privately-owned company specialising in payroll services nationwide, this role is based in their office in Wetherby, West Yorkshire.
- Minimum of 2 years in an Accounts position ideally in the role of an Accounts Admin, Bookkeeper, Accounts Administrator, Finance Assistant, Finance Administrator or an Accounts Assistant position
- Knowledge of Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Nominal Ledger
- Knowledge of P&L
- Creating customer invoices
- Posting supplier invoices
- Experience using Sage accounts
The Candidate will have:
- Excellent organisational skills & high attention to detail
- Willingness to speak with clients on the phone and assist other member of the team
- Must be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Team player and able to establish effective working relationships
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Microsoft Excel
