Position:  Front End Developer – vue.js / ES6

Suitable for:  Frontend Developer or Javascript Developer(ideally) with Vue.JS and ES6 experience

Location:  York, North Yorkshire

Salary: £20000 – £35000 DOE

A rapidly expanding, award winning digital agency are currently seeking an enthusiastic full-time Frontend Developer / Front End Developer / Javascript Developer to become part of a growing, young and ambitious team based in the centre of York.

Our client works with organisations all over the world, from small one-man businesses to international conglomerates. You will be joining their current team working in a friendly and informal environment, on both client projects and their own products. The ideal candidate will fit seamlessly into what is a very ambitious and growing agency.

As Frontend Developer / Front End Developer / Javascript Developer, you will be working on bespoke websites and web applications both independently and as part of a team, therefore the ability to use your initiative is a must in what is a fast paced and ever changing environment.

The company are happy to speak with recent graduates, self-taught developers and experienced professionals. No qualifications are essential to this position, but an ability to demonstrate your work is essential.

Essential Requirements

  • Approx 1-2 years commercial experience as Front End Developer / Frontend or Javascript Developer
  • Vue.js / ES6
  • CSS3
  • HTML5
  • JavaScript
  • Git
  • Mobile-first responsive development (we use bootstrap components)
  • Attention to detail
  • Proud of your work

Desirable (NOT essential)

  • Gulp, Bower, npm
  • CoffeeScript
  • Any other Javasript frameworks such as React.Js etc
  • JIRA
