Suitable for: Graduate Analyst or Developer or Junior Integration Engineer or Junior Integration Specialist
Salary: £22k – £24500 after 6 months + bonus + career development. As an indication, you should be earning £36k by year 3
Start Date: There are 2 – 3 places starting July / August 2018 (interviews to take place May / June)

The Junior Integration Analyst Developer will initially be fast tracked through a 6 month fast track Academy programme, details of which are below. This is an excellent and unique opportunity open to anyone with a passion for learning, an interest in becoming a Junior Integration Analyst / Integration Engineer / Integration Specialist and who wants to accelerate their career.
Experience/Knowledge or Understanding of:
- Good analytical thinking / analysis and problem-solving skills
- Object oriented programming
- Networking concepts
- Anyone with experience in any of the following is highly desirable: Ensemble, HL7 or other messaging software technologies
- NHS or health sector experience also desirable but not essential
Utilising a special knowledge transfer methodology to create and develop a programme that combines practitioner led training, self-learning, hands-on application development and mentoring will result in ‘project ready’ Junior Integration Analyst in just 6 months.
As Junior Integration Analyst Developer, you will be trained towards becoming involved in the development, testing and deployment of new interfaces by using integration technologies such as Ensemble, HL7, and XML.
In a second 12 week phase, the Junior Integration Analyst Developer will be given the opportunity to demonstrate, prove competence and build capability in the context of real project deliverables as a contributing team member.
