Project Manager (December 2024 – Present) – Energy Company

  • Lead, developed project plan, executed and delivered on a project to move and consolidate 2 offices totalling 150 staff
  • Developed internal comms plan to ensure team were fully engaged
  • Lead in the instruction of solicitors and fundamental in the negotiation of new leases and lease exits, rent free periods, break clauses to minimise business risk while securing exclusive rental deals.
  • Worked cross functionally with ICT / Building contractors / architects / landlords / solicitors / HR / internal comms / finance and other stakeholders, with regular updates on progress, open dialogue and shared project workflow.
  • Developed the commercial business cases and presented to C-suite in support of the change.

 

Head of Commercial (November 2023 – November 2024) – Pharmacy Business

  • Redeveloped and launched a new membership proposition to address current challenges in the pharmacy sector, increasing new memberships from 1 to 20 per month.
  • Trained a team to deliver enhanced support and new proposition.

  • Leveraged an extensive network to secure distribution in two national pharmaceutical wholesalers, top five pharmacy chains, and over 1,000 independent pharmacies.
  • Developed NHS market access strategies, aligning the product with NHS priorities, to support the rollout of new Pharmacy First.
