Led a Payroll migration to Dayforce project, mapping earnings, deductions, pay types, payroll policies, and legal requirements to successfully pay employees on time using a cut-over plan. Achieved through parallel payroll testing, UAT, and agreed go-live criteria.

Led part of a programme to set up a new private healthcare call centre, developing a new starter training programme for self-pay sales, outpatients, NHS, and inpatient admissions. Developed standard operating procedures and training content covering key processes such as referral admin, funding authorisation, triage, and pre-op assessment.
Led a business intelligence programme of work, including mapping backend datasets and creating the first front-end 62-day cancer performance standard for an ICB. Oversaw reporting across multiple workstreams such as diagnostics, funding, and innovation, reporting to programme directors and senior leaders.
