• Clinical systems implementation – implementation of NHS and private healthcare clinical systems, ranging from EPR, clinical applications, LIMS solutions and PACS/RIS.
• Delivery / programme management – delivering major digital change across the NHS, local councils and government organisations
• Strategy, proposition and operating model development – delivered work packages for health and social care organisations looking to transform or improve services through development of strategic advisory papers, propositions for transformation roadmaps and facilitating new TOM for struggling services
