Integration Support Officer (June 2024 – Present) – NHS

  • Maintenance of Trust Integration Engine (TIE)
  • Troubleshoot message errors within TIE
  • Configuration of TIE and support for all interfacing activities.
  • Liaise with IT and vendor teams for projects and BAU.
  • Query and modify SQL databases.
  • Developing HL7 specification requirements for vendor configuration.
  • UAT testing for Trust software upgrades.

 

Senior Applications Specialist/Business Analyst (August 2021 – June 2024) – Healthcare – Pathology & Forensic Services

  • Conduct vendor assessments for Statewide LIMS tender.
  • Formulate approach and participation in standardisation of orderables and reportables.
  • Map current workflows and design and validate ideal state workflows.
