Integration Support Officer (June 2024 – Present) – NHS

Maintenance of Trust Integration Engine (TIE)
Troubleshoot message errors within TIE
Configuration of TIE and support for all interfacing activities.
Liaise with IT and vendor teams for projects and BAU.
Query and modify SQL databases.
Developing HL7 specification requirements for vendor configuration.
UAT testing for Trust software upgrades.

Senior Applications Specialist/Business Analyst (August 2021 – June 2024) – Healthcare – Pathology & Forensic Services

Conduct vendor assessments for Statewide LIMS tender.
Formulate approach and participation in standardisation of orderables and reportables.
