Founded in 2004 as a one-person business, we’re still relatively small, which allows us to offer a personal approach to every client and candidate we meet. We get to know the people we work with so we can give the best possible advice – and deliver the best possible results.
Our close links in the industries we work with mean we know where the biggest challenges lie, and we’re ready to face them alongside our clients. When the going gets tough, we don’t give up.
Communicating with both clients and candidates is our key point of difference: as well as delivering the right results, we make it easy to work with us throughout the process. We know our clients are busy, so we’ll provide regular updates by phone or email without hassling them in between. We always keep candidates in the loop too, so they’re engaged and responsive to new opportunities as they arise.

We are located in the rural village of East Keswick which is situated between Wetherby and Leeds, and recruit for roles across the whole of the UK. Our team members work in pairs with every client, so there is always someone on hand to answer questions, provide updates, or work hard to get the right candidate to your door.

Most of our clients are either software vendors or technical consultancies and are longstanding clients we have built up relationships with over the years. Technically we serve the whole of the UK and focus on the Health Tech sector.
We are more interested in creating successful partnerships and placements rather than being sales driven ‘job fillers’. We don’t harass hiring managers but rather prefer a more consultative style with good 2-way communication. When the going gets tough, we don’t give up. We work in a 2-pair team so that we can share workload if someone is on holiday.
These days, we don’t rely on job applications but, instead, focus our efforts on proactive searching using our extensive database of candidates with specific industry experience and our curated networks, LinkedIn, and various external CV databases. We do occasionally partner up with other recruiters !!
In short, we are easy to do business with. To both candidates and clients, we aim to ‘give something back’. We are fair on fees, creative when it comes to tailoring a solution to a client’s individual needs and uphold recruitment best practice at all times.
